Therapy is most effective when you commit to regular weekly sessions. Healing parts of yourself that have been suffering for a long time requires patience, dedication, and vulnerability. Healing the heart, body, and mind is not a linear process, and each person’s journey will be unique to them. The time it takes will depend on your specific needs and the effort you are willing to put in. Together, we create an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your goals.

Individual Therapy

One on one sessions provide you with a safe space to slow down, unwind, and look within. I serve as your guide and mirror through the process of inner inquiry. Through the practice of open curiosity, mindfulness, and compassion, you learn to be present with all parts of yourself. As we heal the fragmented, wounded, and disowned parts of you, you gain access to your natural qualities of wholeness such as love, strength, wisdom, clarity, and peace.

Couples Counseling

Even the healthiest of relationships have their issues and require work to function smoothly. It is challenging to combine your life with another person, and sometimes you need a neutral outsider to help you understand each other, communicate effectively, and resolve hurts. I help couples navigate transitions, strengthen their connection, and repair harmful dynamics.

Teens

Being a teen is hard, especially nowadays when you mix in social media and school pressures.  This transitional stage of life brings up many complicated things including anxiety, low self-esteem, loneliness, peer pressure and anger. Many teens need a safe confidential space to open up and talk about the various challenges they face without it being their parent or family member. If you have a teen struggling that could use support  please give me a call. I love working with teens and would love to help your child out! 

All sessions are held virtually through a secure video platform, until further notice. Session length is typically 50 minutes. I do not accept insurance, but can provide a superbill if your PPO insurance plan offers reimbursement.

How does online therapy work?

Online therapy, also called “telehealth”, is a mode of therapy that is provided via webcam through a confidential and HIPAA-compliant video platform or through the phone. You are able to access this online “therapy room” from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you have a private space with an internet connection. At the time of your appointment, all you need to do is click on the link to enter the online therapy room.

Is Online Therapy as effective as In-Person Therapy?

Yes, research has shown that online therapy can be just as helpful as in-person. Also, many clients have reported a high level of satisfaction using online therapy.
